his ex-associate who is a hardcore criminal now and it seems as if other forces are also working
against the Mayor. Mayor Eduardo Garcia needs to adapt to the prevailing
environment and for this he is required to make an appropriate balance of his
duties as a Mayor, as a head of his family and he also has to maintain himself
as the head of a criminal operation.
